Wolverine was not bad not great either my problem was the lab scene 1 it looks nothing like the one he found in x-2. and the bonding process looks nothing like his dreams flashbacks from x-1 and 2 either. Bone claws was a dumb idea sinse in x-1 his x rays showed his claws were man made implants. i give Wolverine a 2 maybe a 3 in rateings it was ok at best but mostly pointless.
My fave was always Rogue because of the skunk stripe in her hair and the untouchable hot chic was a metaphor for all the girls I never got as a wild teen.
what's wrong with linear? I dispise NON-linear storytelling. I WANT my movies moving from point A to B to C to D... those A to C to D to B stories are crap!
Well because sometimes Point B is a bit more interesting than Point A... and with Wolverine we all kinda know what Point D already looks like.
My complaint was it was just too, "This happens, then this happens, then this happens" without any real time spent on anything... the beginning was just one long setup.
I saw it today, i thought it was pretty good does anyone know why wolverine grew from child to adult but then doesnt continue aging? also my fav character is gambit, wish he had more scenes.
Wolverine will always be as old as Hugh Jackman looks at the time of filmming :)
Chalk that "How come immortals always age to adulthood and not younger" as one of those film logic issues... just like "Why does the 50 foot woman's clothes grow bigger as she does?"

Perhaps hes not immortal,he just ages very very slowly?
maybe they should have made him look a little younger in the flash backs.

Nice review-I'm not in a hurry to rush out and see this but I am going to check it out in about 2-3 weeks. It just really doesn't stand out to me.
