@electrocuteanna hi, i don't really learn these. I'm taping one section at a time. With re-takes I'm done within an hour. it is much easier to tackle a short section at a time. experiment practicing that way?

@bbdhrggl You don't practice them at all before taping them? I have a hard time believing that you were just playing part C along with the sheets with no practice before.

@electrocuteanna that part took at least ten tries, that's practicing, in a way. I played tons of scales and arpeggios when young. anyone learning the piano should practice these. did you know I made a complete series of tutorials on those?

@bbdhrggl no problem! Yes I know it looks difficult but there's quite a few people out there like me who read by the letters. Something were all more able to relate to. Ive never been able to read music but manage to learn full songs by turning the notes into letters. I've learned most of this song already! Thanks again.

Im really enjoying these tutorials! I am just starting to learn how to play and am teaching myself, and it's nice to be able to try to play something more complex than twinkle twinkle little star!!!

It's amazing and everything but it's really frustrating because it sounds so amazing yet the tutorial is shocking cuz I don't have a clue what notes you are plYing, particularly in the chords, is there any chance of getting the notes?

@ellaa001 It is illogical to expect seeing the keys under my fingers. I would have a hard time too if I weren’t following the sheets. The method is imitation, so focus on my fingers. If you are still interested, try some Level 1 or 2 songs to get used to the method.

@sanillaInkheart pause it there. watch the fingers. only the thumb is down on the LH. RH has 3 notes. experiment by listening to yourself hit the notes. it's useful ear training.
