Scoring became gradually harder each Olympics after 88, especialy after 92 when they started using a COP they had never used before, which was made tougher after each quadrennial until after 2004 when they created yet another new scoring system.
@rfillangi She actually did have a leap after her front tuck mount in these Olympics. I'm not sure why but she took it out for the event finals. She did the connected leap in the team optionals and all around competitions. The double turn didn't come in until after she came out of retirement.

Man it's funny how scores changed over the period of time between '92 and '96! That was Miller's gold medal score on BB!

No front into a jump an no double turn. Very conservative.

I liked her 96 beam routine best by far. It was awesome when she hit it right.
