There are many types of ppl (e.g. drug fiends) in our society that will abandon their family, friends, body-parts, religion, tradition -- *everything -- just to indulge in a particular lifestyle; those are ppl we despise and cannot accept. It is an abnormality to cause self-infliciting wounds/bodily harm, by ANY standards.
We don't change definitions for the arbitrary whim of a few individuals. That said, those individuals are free to engage in whatever relationship they wish.
if any one has gone so far to change his/her sex, why can't we accept her, she has all the right to be happy.
