For thosde who live in denial, it may surprise you that there are people who have memory of NOT being told what to do "ALL the time". We need order in society but you do not give up your personal privacy privacy for any "ends to a means"! The laws we have have suficed and we don't need to be confined or watched by any government for protection IMHO. Use the immigration laws that are in effect!! Why not ask; "Why do we need another law if the ones we have aren't used"?
