Hi, I'm 16 and I've been playing the guitar for about a year and a half. I have had no lessons for the guitar, I taught myself everything I know. I just bought the tabs to this song and Peo Kindgrend's "Scarborough Fair" about 20 minutes ago. I have already learned " I miss you" and can play it very well. I was wondering at what level of playing I am?? I know this is a weird question but I think with proper training I have potential with playing the guitar. Thanks!! And great playing!!!!

You say you can play this song - but can you keep the rhythm? can you bring out the different voices? The melody? Their is alot more to the music then just being able to hit the chords.

Well yea. My little brother, he's 8, could hit the chords (anyone can do that). I couldn't play the song if I couldn't do the things that you mentioned. I'm not saying I'm a pro or anything but I just didn't find this song hard to learn and play.
