No. Tracey Ullman loved this period, and she loved both Lenny, and David. She wouldn't have the power to block anything anyway. The show is now available on DVD in the UK, both series.
CBS/Fox released a limited content VHS tape in The States. I bought it but a former friend borrowed it but never returned it! I loved and miss that tape!!
Um,Dibrini, that isn't Eddie Murphy ! Three Of A Kind was a British TV Show, not American. It starred Tracy Ullman, Lenny Henry ( the colored guy ) and David Copperfield. It ran from 1981 to 1983on BBC1 for three series ( seasons for all you Americans ) for a total of 17 episodes ( yes, there were only 17 episodes in all three seasons together ). More quality and less quantity, as many Britcoms had / have.
I'm turned on by Lenny Henry as Uhuru lol

There are`nt that many brits say they have a gippy tummy these days.
three of a kind was just a fun, daft tv show. enjoy it for what it was, with absolutely NO malice intended.
I`m tired of treading on eggshells in case I offend someone that previously had no problem with (good natured) humour.

Yeah, like everything American is just soooooooo great, and everything else is just sooooo lame.
Tip 1 :
You guys haven't heard of a lot of stuff because you can't think outside your own wonderful shell .....
Tip 2 :
American sitcoms are funny, true, but many British sitcoms are hilarious .....
Tip 3 :
Yeah, you are soooo politically correct that you use "Afro-American", am I right ?
Jeeeeez ..... what a lame comment.

Is it available on VHS or DVD? Just an impression I got but I thought maybe Tracey Ullman blocked it being released as she is now a big US star?
