I liked Robin/ Starfire better, but yeah, Kid Flash/ Jinx was a cool couple too. This is one of the reasons why it sucks so much that the show was cancelled, that we weren't able to see more of them becoming a couple and Jinx becoming a heroine.

Yeah, it's implied that she did reform, and in the second- to- last episode of the series, she helps the Titans fight off the villains (Including her own former teammates of the Hive 5) in the final showdown.

Still, it's a shame that the series ended when it did, it would have been nice to see more of Jinx becoming a heroine, as well as seeing her relationship with Kid Flash grow.
