TSI engines are better than FSI engines, but if you got a TSI you have to fill 98 petrol in it, a FSI is 95 petrol. and the difference between 98 and 95 is like 15 cent per liter
@ThePetrolhead94 TSi 1.4 (122) MILLION times better that 1.6 FSi (115) ? its better but not that much and 1.4 TSi is gona break faster that a normal 1.6 FSi. 1.4TSI (170) its mechanic too mechanic.
i got 210km/ph out of mine going down a hill. Dont know if i could have got much more out of it. great power out a car with only 122hp though you'd have to admit! anyone have one of these remapped or know of someone with a remapped one?much gains?
max speed is 223/220dsg so nope you didn't, well even if the speedo showed they always show more than the real speed, but that sounds like a bit too much error
Glad that I have a 2.0 FSI 150HP .. much more quieter, refined and since new 2 yrs ago not a problem. Not sure about turbocharging small engines and longevity ....
I have the same Passat with the same engine and it's awesome. It's very economic, dynamic and flexible. My Passat went 220 kph, but it didn't want to go any more. I think in these days it's enough. Greetings
very good for 1.4!

@EgoJoel I got 1.6 FSI and on 98= 7-8.5L , 95= 6-7.5L , ON 98 u bet got 2 more horse power but on 95 it works better.

I also forgot to say that golf has 220 at 5000rpm.
pciades 3 years ago
I agree with you but it has exactly the same engine as golf. Here in Greece, golf tsi 122 can go with 220. I believe that passat can go that fast too
pciades 3 years ago
Hey its an 1.4 in a big car, its too good for its size of engine that does not push so much even if its a turbo

It has 122HP, what do you expect?
lmerfu 3 years ago
I was not expecting anything, just defending the Weight-Power Ratio.
