Cutlerylovers account was hacked. The person then deleted the entire account including every video before closing the account outright. It's now back on because youtube and google probably deal with this more than we wanna know.
I will be traveling from California in the States to your neck of the woods for a couple of weeks (Dec 21-Jan 9) of tramping. If there is a better way to get a hold of you other than this please let me know bc I would like to leave New Zealand with a knife of yours. Please let me know how I should go about this. It would be an honor to either start/end my trip with a knife of yours. Thanks
By the way, I was introduced to your knives by vituovice's videos.
@Nebulax123 I just finished all of your first batch.. lol.. the 3mm thrive is not heat treated yet. 2 Thrives, PEn knife and a Streamline and a 5-cook.
@SlinkingTiger a well balanced light 9 - 10" blade is more efficient as long as you have an appropriately large workspace. for most home use people simply dont have the space, and are not processing enough volume to notice the difference. a 10" would be very expensive to make, and there are a lot of good options out there. sure I'd consider it though... lol
@CliffStamp hehe.. Boner jokes were on the table from the outset. Every good woman needs a boner in the kitchen, and every good man has a boner in his hands. lol
@goldenscales haha.. better than a bought one I hope.. does depend on the style of knife though. some good production stuff out there now. most of them stick to the food a bit though.
Best title ever

Very funny!!
Would you consider making a 10" chef knife as well?
A larger knife is better at chopping bigger items such as squash or rutabaga. It also seems to be preferred by the chefs I worked with.

From the first time you noted the description of that knife I knew it was only a matter of time before someone decided to run with the name.
