what does a director do and what does a producer do? i have a rough idea of what a film director is, but for the howard stern show..? and i've always wondered what a producer was :/ i thought it was a funder.
@Constavlos It's a loose term so there are a lot of different types of producers (one of them involves funding movies). Gary oversees the production of the show, which may include: managing the staff, booking guests, making sure clips are ready...
Scott directs the cameras and I think he's the one who edits the footage down for the daily HowardTV shows.
