Yes, because the batteries weight is different. In this case the airplane is very light and when I plug in the battery 2600mah,

which has double weight than original battery, it makes difference in flying.

Which lipos do you use exactly (brand, C rating)? I suppose the 1300mAh one is the BNF one, correct?

How does it behave in slightly windier conditions, like 3bft?

Mostly I use batteries 2200mah 25c, but anything like 20c is fine to. Flying with larger batteries is little different because plain is heavier. I would not recomand flying when is windy.

3 lipo packs you have change so far why? How long is running time with stock lipo and with the 2200 lipo?

Hi, I flew aprox. 10 min 1300mah full throttle and 20 min 2200mah. I cut off a lot from original movie because of blurry picture, that is why you guys thing I replaced three lipos.
