  • And now u have to go up again..

  • As global warming melts the snow this is all we will have left to remember - 14 seconds and small dunes instead of entire mountains.

  • this is pretty sweet

  • u don't have to climb, the magical sandstorms teleport u bak to the top of the dunes. but i wanna try this.

  • looks fun... until you have to walk back up

  • thts awesome///////////////////

  • Nice fun going down

  • ouch man your on fire just standing while the wind takes you

and why go throught that when you spen about 14 sec's goinging down it but walking for 14 min's going back up there is pretty useless

  • SANDBOARDING?!! Give me a fucking break. Oh right, let's spend 10 minutes walking up this dune so I can spend 10 seconds 'sandboarding' down it quite slowly. Nice scenery though.

  • I went to the Great Sand Dunes a month ago. (I <3 living in Colorado) But after the insane climb up, (The sand gets to 140 degrees in 80 degree weather!) there are so many fun (But stupid) things you can do on the back side of the top dune. (With cold sand too :D )

  • Is this the Dunes in CO? (Near the Sangre de Christo mountains)It just became a Nat. park w/in the decade. Very amazing dunes, but they're a bitch to hike up! (try sleds and snow coasters, too...)
