@smaug131 lol, exactly. About 90% of the engine was builded from the official platformer tutorial though, so it was simple enough.

ergh I wouldn't call it hard to make I could make a game like that in 5 minutes...All you really did was make a path for the enemy and have variables for lives and such...you used drag and drop didn't you?

you've got to download a song, load it onto game maker with 'create sound', load ur song, and make one of your objects play it, you might even make an object called 'jukebox' XD.

I got Game maker but im on that starter edition or whatever but you could of made it so you could choose like at least 2 different stages and make a Tackle attack. oh sure, it's hard to explain but you can find a few tutorials on the offical gamemaker site. There is one called Tutorial:platform games that could help you. Search on yoyogames . com to find them

try the platformer tutorial on the official site, it's kinda hard to explain in a comment here but what I acn tell you is that you have to play with gravity and vertical speed. But use the tutorial, it will be easier.

Oh that's pretty simple, I'd suggest you to look at the tutorials to help you but I can answer this question. You can put in a script: ammo=50 and then put a code when you use your ammo if ammo > 0 {ammo -= 1 ; and the rest of the code}

I can tell you what to do if you got game maker

You just need to make an object called: obj_bullet

create event:

that thing with al those blue arrows,

direction = obj_player (the name of the object from the player object)then an "." then direction, example:

obj_player.direction or mario.direction then you just fill a speed 5 is mostly good

oh, well it's hard to explain in a small comment but you might want to download some of the tutorials on the official gamemaker website. On the site, click on Make, then gamemaker 7 and you should see the tutorials.
