I’m pompously proud of Badmouth who have written a strong songs with an ironic twist, although they are all about beer and broads and banally basic stuff like that. I love the lyrics in the title track: “Hairspray and lipstick ‘cause we’re real men, you see the girlies love it when you look like them.” Especially impressed by Tom’s singing and Vinnie’s tight, no-bullshit drumming. Bottoms up!
