I asked this somewhere else but didn't get an answer: Will Wright said he wanted Spore on other platforms in addition to the PC like the Wii, Ps3 etc. I want to know if the game requires less than the Sims 2, could Spore be ported to Wii and be like the PC version? Could the Wii handle that? I'm not so great on the technical side of things.

It could be ported to Wii, but I would relax about console releases until about a year after the PC one is released, or more.

Yeah, I know it will be a while before it makes it to any home console but after what they did to the console version of Sims 2, it does make me a little uneasy that I may find Spores unwanted, unloved, mutant step child in the Wii section of a game store which I'll buy and be gratly dissappointed in.

it SEEMS childish, but thats coz of the interpritation of your first view of this trailer, its the way the trailer is, I believe this game is only for people above the age of 12 atleast, It looks pretty difficult BUT amazing at the same time!!!!
