It's not my responsibility to stay out of your blind spot, its YOUR responsibility to check your blind spot before merging or changing lanes. Bikes seem to manage to check their blind spots by head checking before they do anything. (Head checking is called turning your damn head to see if there is something in your blind spot. Yes cagers, you can do that)

Passed a motorcycle accident a few years ago where the rider went head first into a light pole in the center divider.Traffic was backed up so he was hauling ass in the emergency lane according to witnesses.His body was covered but a huge pool of blood had formed around him.That blood was there all summer.Brutal.

In Germany, they dont HAVE speed limits on the Autobahns (motorways) and yet they have one of the lowest crash rates in europe...... all their other speed limits are higher as well.

i havent crashed speeding yet and ive had my stock 2007 bandit at 153mph(right at topspeed). outran a sheriff once(luckily i was only a mile and a half from my house)been 90 in a 35mph zone plenty of times.popped wheelies out of stoplights.the only time i ever messed up was a month after i got it and hit a recap that flew off when i was trying to pass a semi on I95.

@2xChrome On a good day its too easy to open the throttle with a 750 bike, i had 1. I ride a 500 now and i was just telling someone it revvs 4.5k/8k rpm @ 70 on the highway in 5th. Which means i can go 120 but the bike prefers to move 70 b/c red line is like 7 or 8 on the Shadow and u hear it scream. On the bigger bikes if u breathe on the throttle wrong while still you'll hit 30 lol. thats y it's too easy to speed with an 1000. IN VID-This guy stayed in the shoulder too long. Not a blind accid.
