can u make a video about our hair and why it gets oily and how to prevent that through diet, etc. my hair is extremely curly and ive been loving wearing it straight because it softens my face and makes me look better lol but it takes me about 40 mins to do it but two days later its already ruined and oily. i dont wanna have to keep washing my hair every two days, i prefer 4 or 5, and i dont wanna have to use heat that often either.

@she2hadthedramathick there's this really cool trick i learned in junior high. You tie a knot near the tips of your hair and if it comes undone, it means ur hair is clean. Keep creating knots until one holds which is where the sebum and dirt has started to pile up and that'll tell you when you should wash your hair.

And 5 days is a long time to go without washing hair, maybe try a dry shampoo because the oil in your hair is probably building up which re-creates the bonds your straightner broke

As long as color goes though, the difference is slight to none.
