reading all these comments about people looking up to Demi makes me cry. I am relatively skinny but i am still insecure about myself. I gained a few pounds and now im so afraid about wearing tight shirts. I have even thought about skipping lunch, dinner, or breakfast. But now i am so comfortable with my body and take the healthy route to the body i had before by eating 3 healthy meals a day and going to the gym regularly.
