Doctor Who totally ruined the fourth Harry Potter for me. I can't even properly hate/be terrified of Barty because whenever I see him all I can do it squeal because he's the freaking Doctor.

Anyone else find it a little weird that that girl came up sneaking behind David and looked at him, and then they cut? I imagine there's nothing freakier and more annoying than fans who sneak up that close to you, if that's what she was.
He is dating "Jenny" his daughter from Dr who. She is Peter davidsons daughter, David tennants fav dr...So if they marry David gets his old dr as his father in law! awesome!

i agree, from what i saw, which wasn't much, that they seemed to have all the vital stuff in. but the new cumbledore doesn't act like dumbledore ever would. and the films just feel a bit enpty, kind of like, a frame, all the imprtant bits are there, you're just missing the accessorys...
totally agree. the new dumbledore is also much louder and more violent than the one in the books :/ and i was really annoyed that in the 5th film they missed out the journey to the room of prophecy; one of the best bits of the book!
no they didn't do it - but they talked about it is what i meant - and if you look at the number of pages in each book the order of the phoenix has 870 and the deathly hallows is 780 pages - I know you can't miss a lot of it but they usually find a way around to edit it out or place themes in other parts of the story if you know wat i mean
Yeah I've been reading the books since they first came out, I'm not amazed by the movies or dissapointed by them, they're pretty average. I think the greatest thing about it and the reason I still go see them in theaters is the casting.

I gather it is an old vid, but she was in Dr Who ep Blink as Sally Sparrow and that was after they split wasn't it? That was why I was confussed. I don't read gossip mags etc. that often if I do its for a laugh and 95% of them a crap anyway.
That didn't look like the girl who played Sally Sparrow,wasn't that Sophia Myles from "The Girl In The Fireplace"? Looked like her anyway. He dumped her coz she left for LA,think i'd stay if I were her!

We were there (one of my friends is the girl in the yellow "Nevermind the bollocks, here's the Sex Pistols" T-shirt), we've seen him, he waved at us at some point... he is incredibly handsome in real life ! And sooo much funnier and charismatic and lovely than that "Dave" who was interviewing him... he did the same to us, and laughed at a Mexican guy who was an Emma Watson fan cause he couldn't speak English properly... What a jerk! But it was aaawesome to see David... :D I LOVE him!

david plays barty crouch jr. so he's in it for about 5 mins, but it sends chills down my spine. i got rather used to him playing the charming good guy sort, like the doctor, or even casanova. then i saw him in that and it just freaked me right out! if u want david as a baddie watch secret smile as well...creepy, but acted so well from him
It just shows how fantastic an actor he is cos he has played so many different characters and does them all amazingly well, barty crouch jr wasn't killed in the film so he should have escaped from azkaban (and then david can come back yey)
ya he didn't die in the film, but in the book he got the dementor's kiss and had his soul removed before he was sent back to azkaban. so i suppose they could bring him back later on in the films, but it would completely go against the actual story.
regardless, amazing actor. i would kinda like to see him as a baddie again. he plays cold and calculated so well. very sinister.
then again you can't go wrong with the doctor either. can't wait for series 4
