  • On December 24, at o'clock in the morning, a young 14 year old boy by the name of scott Jackson was found dead. docters couldn't come up with the cause of his death. HIs mother checked his email to see if she could figure out what happened. Turns out he was still signed into myspace. she found he had gone to sleep after he read and didn't repost a chain letter.if you don't repost this to 6 videos a girl with no face will kill you tonight. sorry don't wanna die

  • I really liked the video, but the song was rather annoying and did distract from reading.

  • I like the video, but the song is annoying, and did tend to distract from redaing

  • all the so called tribe gods are the same gods. people have no need to worship enything. only captivity create god beliefs. stockholm syndrome. science invent history in their own image trough their own hierarchical beliefs. science does not believe in aliens ufos interstellar travel or gods. science think man was stupid and retarded 70 000 years ago.

  • How about people stop all of the WARshipping to nothing tangible. And just get along with each other.

  • Only A Nieve Person Belives In The King James Version Of The Bible

Without Researching Were It's Orgin Comes From...

  • Y'shua says: "The Kingdom of Heaven is like unto a virus: When it is fully grown, it kills its host." The man of flesh seeks to be his own master, thereby identifying with self, the seed of the serpent. And this is why the son of man must die and be killed daily through neglect. When the world is full of the Kingdom of God then its death shall fully manifest, for even now it is but a corpse, a body lacking Spirit. And all who have gained the glory of the world know this. Seek and meet Messiah.

  • Having discovered biological bases for phenomena, the lazy scientist congratulates himself that he has found the source or cause of the effect. However, the question "Whence God?" hints at the core conundrum of the materialist: The basic particle continues to elude, and the unifying principle remains a mystery. So, from the bottom to the top, all these answers lead to more questions.

"Amen," "Amun," and "Amon" are variations on AMN, but Hebrew pronunciation is "ah-MEIN." Counterfeits abound.

  • @OKandNOWwhat Both the Egyptian Amen, and Amen-Ra, as well as Egyptian monotheism, predates that of the Hebrews.

Thus, we shouldn't look for Hebrew mis-pronunciations as significant, but part of the normal changes that languages go thru over time.

  • @garywpearson1955

Indeed. The first Hebrew ("one who crosses over"), Abram, came on the scene millennia after the Egyptians. However, if we view Akhenaten as the first monotheist, then the chronology is not as certain. Be that as it may, there may be belief in one god, but just as crucial is Who that one God Is. Moreover, Hebrews were masters at adopting and adapting existing linguistic memes as repositories for concepts that built upon while simultaneously excluding their conceptual forebears.

  • Ew, I had to sing this song in choir in like 3rd grade... Ew...

  • moses story is not a myth it's happened and we r the muslims we will worship god (allah) until the last drop of our blood and to the last breath of our life

  • The word "amen" and the Egyptian god "Amon-Ra" sound similar - therefore they are the same thing?

    Lame argument.

There is some evidence of Egyptian influence on Jewish religious culture - but its not that simple or direct. (and you know the Moses story is just a myth right?)

  • the god of the pharoas was called amon-ra not amen

and amen means please god accept our calls and praying

  • @3agamea Nope, Amen, also spelled Amon, is well documented. The Jews copied it in their prayers from the Coptic Egyptians who took over and occupied present day Israel/Palestine. Check out the web a little bit, you'll find it.

  • @garywpearson1955

come on man i am from egypt and i know very well how it's been spelled

  • @3agamea Amen-Ra or Amen-Re Or Amon-Ra or Amon-Re; it does not matter.

  • i think there is many false informations of ur's pharoas were fighting jeus because they worshipping god and the pharoas wanted the jeus to worship there gods

i am not a ieu i am a muslim but hey that is the true

jeus followed moases the prophrt and worshiped god(allah) and refused to worship the pharoas gods

so most of ur informations r wrong

  • @3agamea Funny, most Muslims I know are intelligent, tolerant people. You sound a little less educated than most. For example, a simple visit to any dictionary will confirm the identity of Amen. Check it out, bro.

  • @garywpearson1955 A little bit of information can be a very dangerous thing. A search in an ENGLISH DICTIONARY is the wrong place. If you want the meaning of AMEN as HEBREWS used it, search a HEBREW dictionary and you find Amen(the God) and Amen(the agreement) are spelled differently. Check it out, bro.

  • @gqskrub Let's see, you're telling me a Hebrew dictionary has the proper spelling of an Egyptian Coptic word? I think you and I can agree that any spelling you might find in an English or Hebrew dictionary of an Egyptian Coptic word is at best an approximation.

Visit the British History Museum and check out their early Levant history section. You'll see the overwhelming presence of Egyptian culture on the early Hebrews.

  • @garywpearson1955 You're saying that Amen at the end of Hebrew prayers is the name of an Egyptian God, that doesn't make sense because in Hebrew the Amen at the end of prayers is different then how the Hebrews spell Amen/Amon the Egyption God. I'm not saying that the Hebrews have the correct spelling of an Egyptian Coptic name, but I'm saying that these two words, in Hebrew, are not the same.

  • This is all speculation. You show no sound proof worth considering as far as I can fathom.

  • @andromoidus So, if I say that there is no such thing as UFOs, Santa Claus, the Thunder God Thor, Goblins, Spooks, Ghosts, or the Great Pumpkin, etc., and someone believes in them, I'm being rude? You have a very limited view of good manners.

  • From what I know RA and Horus was very popular

  • WOW Gary! That was eye opening! Thanks for the input!

  • No GOD is not a virus it is an archtype of universal consciousness which is misinterpeted by the perceptions of humanity.

  • Not since Zeitgeist have I seen something that resonates so obviously as this ! Of course---if you don't bury Dave, Dave's decomposition phases will release deadly microbes and seriously make us living ones sick. That would make a hell of a lot of sense to me, and certainly to the first ones who discerned that simple difference. When Dave's distant cousin died, they buried the body...and no one in the cousin's clan got sick.

I think we got a winner.

  • Interesting, but not an explanation of God. GE Smith's hyperdiffusion theory (that all culture began in Egypt) has been rejected due to archaeological evidence, and scholars believe that Abrahamic monotheism spread from Judaean exiles in Babylon who were influenced by Zoroastrianism after Cyrus captured the city in 539 BCE. Before this they worshipped Elohim, not Amun. Th video also discounts cultures such as the Yanomami who believe evil spirits cause disease yet eat the cremains of their dead.

  • You turn away from seeking truth because of addictions and in this turning away you are stumbling in the darkness and clueless to many things that are known to even simple children of ancient cultures long dead and buried. Do not turn away wisdom simply because your mind lacks the ability to comprehend certain aspects of it. This is the way of the fool to do so,continue to search for truth and one day you may find it in the worlds combined history and religions viewed as a larger picture.

  • @Lavere2009 No, sorry, I have no "addictions". Just trying to make sense of the myths in the Bible, the Quran, etc.

  • i love this song.. omg how great. reminds me of being a kid

  • The Scythians draw their gods like an alien with a spaceship. Probably that answer is the most correct in the human history where God is came from.

Same as the Egyptians. They hailed the sky, AMEN the god of gods who represent the sky or the Mayans, who knew things 3000 years ago, which todays people never dreamed of. This "god" is came from the outer space I think. :)

  • Brilliant! And well explained. Thanks you. i'm sorry some commentors have missed your point. I think that what confuses them is that they have an a priori belief that god existed in the beginning, that religion has always been monotheistc and that they don't understand a rational argument that gradulally postulates something solidly one stage at at time! eg Dude God has always existed so what's the realtionship between God and virus? God how stupid!

  • Lovely job on the video! Everything looks and acts and spreads like a virus. It's just perspective. The god thing is a laugh though. Who created your creator? End of. Muh.

  • Did I miss the point? What is the relation between god and virus.

They existed from the beginning of mankind?

Both of them Spread ? what?

And Dan brown's "Lost symbol" bring this wrong notion "Amen" rooted in ancient Egypt...it's a half baked truth. The first monotheistic religion was preached by Amun Ra. Many people mistake his God as Sun God [the famous picture of the disk and ray] but the fact is "Ra" was used for the "spread of divine light". Idol worship was ban in his era.

  • @javedmahmood Yes, you missed the point.

  • Some native americans used to have 'sky burials' where bodies were placed in trees and on platforms. After the boxing day tsunami I heared on the news that doctors said it was a fallacy that burning or burying the dead prevents disease. You catch disease off the living not the dead. In Tibet they were just thrown on the rubbish tip as were unwanted babies in ancient rome. Maybe your'e just missunderstanding one of Richard Dawkins statements. Keep the dead away from your water source and it's ok.

  • God

  • God is a fungus.

  • @returnoftheramble3 And the mushies start this month : )

  • @bluenail90 hey, my line escaped "paradise."

  • @returnoftheramble3 and he grows on sick people ;P

  • @agltube yeah, they were in my apartment looking for me again. that's what happens when you're a derelict to satan, which is a sobriquet for some guy with a sinecure, not to be confused with the anodyne for humanity's prison-time of ignorance and phrases such. History can be rewritten; truth can never be rewritten.

  • God is a Virus, & A Virus Destroys Computers, The Virus of God Destroys People Over Time, Causes: Wars, Hunger, Murders, Evil Hater Of One Another...

  • @777TIZZable Are you also able to confirm in some way how God is a cause of wars, hunger, murders etc. It's same that you confused God with the Devil here. Also you and we as people don't know exactly what or who is God, we can just use this idea of unknown to make good or evil over each other. But this don't have nothing to do with God. You are accusing he wrong humans ideologies, not God.

  • @Danmagorez You Must Be A Christian, I'm I Right, Or Wrong.

Yes I'm Accusing People Who Believe in God Wrong Yes, Because Man Made God To Control Stupid People, Man Creates Wars, And All The Bad Things In The Name Of There God!!!!!

  • Um I do Live. I brought all the Gods of Egypt alive!

  • Your perspective is interesting.

  • Not Jesus, OMG.

  • Religion is man made, and probably one of the biggest scams the human race has and still is involved with.

  • @sphinxart Vatican...lol

  • @sphinxart nah wrong, it is climate change, but ya know, idiots likke yourself can believe what you want

  • @demondays132 Well, an "idiot" like myself has researched religion for 20 years and deduced that the very people following a religion have no clue about the actual historical or archaeological truth of what they follow. I guess that's what you call "blind faith" and what I call "blind stupidity".

  • great video :)

  • Interesting perspective.

  • this is an awesome video

    five stars

  • I love it !!!!!!!!!!!!! Keep this active the Eurocentric africans and latins should tell this on the mount. They've been brainwash and these studio 54 congregations/churches that are singing so much too establish a state of freedom in self.

    jesus isn't returning etc...

  • i think you're a virus.

  • LMAO!!!!

  • The idea of god is a thought virus.

  • god is truth AKA reality. your true self.... there is only one

  • Amun - Deity in Egyptian mythology.

Amen - Hebrew meaning 'So be it'...

    No connection :/

  • Slap5 - don't be so lazy, if you bothered to look in any dictionary, you would have seen the following:

A⋅men /ˈɑmən/ Show Spelled Pronunciation [ah-muhn] Show IPA

noun Egyptian Mythology. a primeval deity worshiped esp. at Thebes, the personification of air or breath represented as either a ram or a goose (later identified with Amen-Ra).

    Also, Amon.

  • Rev.3:14,

"These things said the AMEN,the faithful and true witness, who is the beginning of the creation Of God.

AMEN was originally a supreme WindGod in Ancient Nubia, later adopted by the Ancient Egyptians.

  • @SlapFive and amen in christianity

and amen (arabic amin) in islam

    bad egyptians not

    they are our enemy

look at the story of moses

  • my god!! what a bad video.and a bad vision. amen!

  • Whoa, you understand nothing about religion or spirituality at all. A lot of the ancients did not even have gods, they ask for protection and the look to the sun has a god. I tend to believe the one god concept came from sun worship more then anything.

  • WOW...very informative video gary. I've heard of Amen a few times but never seen it written, and thus never made the connection. What did you use to make this video. One more thought: It seems to me that America has it's roots in ancient Egypt (looking at the dollar bill and more). I feel like I'm becoming a conspiracy theorist...but it's all starting to add up and make sense. Ty again.

  • Well, it's a good video, but there wasn't any argument on exactly how 'God' relates to virus. There was suggestion that Christianity and Islam relate to a virus, but honestly, what did "God" have to do with any of this.

  • @StevieSwigginburger The spread of germs (bacteria, and viruses) through which dead bodies can infect and kill the living, were believed by prehistoric people to be caused by the spirits of the dead inflicting punishment of the living by the dead for past sins. Ancient people protected themselves from this through various forms of burial or cremation. The basic idea is that religion and belief in god grew up over time as a more complex version of belief in the spirits of the dead.

  • @garywpearson1955

Amun Ra Not Amen Ra. And there is no proof that the Ra is the SUN...But RA in fact was a symbol of Divine light. Since Egyptian hieroglyphic based on images/signs. Ra was drawn/written as a round shape which is emitting light.

Akhenaten was the first king who stop all Idol worship except RA...Give birth(!) to monotheistic religion.

People forget Religion also evolved and progressed along with mankind. But the Core was always the same. One god.

  • @javedmahmood Do a little research, like look in the dictionary, before you spew your "corrections". Amen Ra is there, waiting for you.

  • @StevieSwigginburger God don't have nothing to do with the human evilness. Is the opposite. You make a really good question here 10 months ago. And nobody who's against God in any way, can't answer you. The garywpearson1955 answer is not an answer, is just deeper confirmation of your question. What God have to do with religions fanaticism? They are mixing all the evil that humans did in the name of God past with God. If someone kill somebody in your name, are you guilty? You know the answer.

  • What a simplistic view. yawn

  • True, ancient Egyptian, Hebrew, Greek and Roman mythology are all very interesting. But, so is the tooth fairy.

  • who says fairys arn't real ? im tired of people like you . your virus theory is almost possible , if people were that smart to begin with . eplain the unexplainable to me in one big consept ? you can't and if you could you would see that viruses have only a small part to play , humanity has a deep need for a religion reagardless even atheists have a strong faith in humanity . ill put it this way . if all religion vanished over night another one would come up like THAT! humanity is so stupid ....

  • Yeah, like Scientology, because that is SO legit. I guarantee that any newer religion cannot be as widely believed as the current major religions because religion, however convenient, is unbelievable. If it weren't for thousands of years of related practices, the Christian religion would be a bunch of nonsense, too! Unless atheists would be wont to believe in fairies.

  • to tell you the truth my friendy friend its technically the other way around , that i chose to belive in old aramaic texts dug up here and there and so on .

the honist fact is it isn't a bunch of old nonsense .

this world is the bull , society is the bull ... and perhapps even humanity is also bull .... alot of old religions have alot of truth in them , but humans are just to stupid to work the shit out .

fairys however ... check out how ancient egypt was an backward civilisation then ----

  • ---- you'll begin to see how humanitys to stupid for anything , constantly gibering and slavoring away , hidding knowlege away like its frakin gold , id rather a world of dancing fairys at least the butterfly people would get it right , humanity is the VIRUS .... not god .

  • Of course we hide it away man, think about it.... knowledge is power. Espesially when you can use that knowledge to dominate and manipulate society. The simple fact of the matter is that its human nature to seek power, and knowledge is literally the best tool there is in order to obtain it.

  • word .

exactly human frekin nature , when oh when will people FINALLY learn this ........

  • Probably never. Although in a few hundred years when humanity is finally all one race and there are no visible differences amongst us i think it will certainly help a bit.

  • you won't get to that point , we wont let you live long enough to realise that in a century because the time mankind realises it we'll be screaming it out in the street . anywho? its happening now as it is , thee end of cro magnon .......

  • Huh? You speak as if youre not a human....

  • boo .....

how small are mens minds . or are you going to try and tell me what i am now?

  • Comment removed

  • While I agree that herbew/judaism did take a lot from egyptian religion (spells of the dead = ten commandments) to outright say that God is false isnt accurate either. There is still today a ton of evidence to suggest the existence of demons, ghosts, etc. Perhaps they exist and we simply dont understand them yet, the same way we had a vague concept of electricity 200 years ago, without understanding. Im just saying, you dont know everything, and God could very well exist.

  • of course they exist , and of course you don't understand them . humans don't understand alot of things .

never did , and perhapps never will ......

  • as a said my friend , how small your minds are .

i didn't chose this , but sure say im in a delusional buble as well human if it will make your world a more comfotable place to live in ........

like all the other little assumptions do .......

  • LOL ooooook buddy, so if youre not a human what are you? My guesses: vampire, werewolf, extra-terestrial (in that order). Or are you a combo? Maybe youre an ET that also has a blood fetish? Just saying, why pick only one??? You could be a vampire that also turns into a wolf, have the best of both worlds.

  • if i was an alien dude , do you think id even be on the internet???? come on alien?

and were woves are quite rare actually ..... and turning into a gaint wolf every full moon would not be my idea of fun???

and its not a fetish , its a need .

but im starting to lose the will to even talk to humans over the internet anyway , there so ....... well human :|

i live in the real world , were being chased by a mob is far more realistic when they realise your not "human" thus must be "evil"-_-

  • Ahaha so vampire it is. You know its surprising, i quite often see quote vampires unquote on youtube, youd think being immortal youd have better things to do. But then i guess youd have nothing to do during the day and all, what with the whole hatred of the sun and all. So are you just a vampire? Im still thinking you should go for the combo man, maybe throw in part ET in there too, i mean... if youre going to ride the crazy train, may as well go all the way. Ah well, what can you do

  • Exactly, somewhat like if you 'weren't" a christian, u must have been a witch. Crazy to be ignorant of the MultiVerse in which we live. Nothing here changes except perception. If humans would look at the night sky and notice......no change at all has seem to occur....however...when u view your societies, cultures, and beliefs...............why WOULD an alien be on the internet? True information is in a frequency. I learn more sitting in silence.

  • @8bloc Possibly a good point, but I have no idea. Apparently someone crucified your grammar for our sins.

  • @BalinSilay Ever heard of Occam's Razor? This may be simplistic theory on the origins of religion but often the simplest explanations are the most accurate.

  • this is quite powerful and I think there should be a documentary with more evidence to show people how Monothesim hae come about.

Thank yu a very good clip

  • This one is pretty cool.

  • OR Perhaps ancient men buried the dead for the same reasons that some one would today--rotten corpse SMELLED LIKE HELL!

Have you ever smell the stench coming from a rotten corpse? Its enough to make you throw up and give you night mares for years to come.

Im my opinion, that would main driving factor in leading one to buried the dead whether then the reasons mentioned in this video.

  • You certainly have a good point!

  • to sugest that god "came" from somwere is to imply that there is a such thing as liniear time outside our charted hours which the theory of relitivity soundly disproves what if god jusat always was i mean after all thats what it said about itself

  • You missed the point entirely. God is an invention of the human mind to explain those things beyond rational explaination. Back in the day, plauges were called the rath of god. Today, we call it a pandemic.

  • well i dissagree respectfully

  • God is not simply an invention of the human mind. That is not certain. What is certain is that the human mind invents many ideas about God. But your right, a big problem with even modern cultic religious followers is that they attribute almost everything not understood as "God". I can't stand loony cultism, esp. when they get righteous on you about something to which they're clueless :-)
