Hey i have the exact same problem on my ankle! it really hurts!especially with landings! I use a heel protection and that helps a bit to reduce pressure!

oh thank you so much thats so nice! i had a big heal spur and everytime i did a spin (sit was the worst) it pushed into my achillies, and the surgeon said it could tear at any moment so i had to have the surgry.. they had to cut it open and saw off the bone.. then i got the stiches out and had 3-4 weeks to train for nats.. i lost all my spins because of no skating or walking for a month so considering that im happy-- my skating was a lot better than this before surgery though
