@vargatamas1988 yes is was manufactured in 1981. it has only 40hp but its reliable, torquey, and controllable.

but id like to have more displacement and an eaven smoother and wider powerband... a maico 490 is next! but i just now spent some more money on the 250 engine so ill ride on likt this for one more season :D

@impressable know what you mean :) ... but this way its less weight and of cause less rare parts to get damaged! and its simply the traditional Maico MX look, so i did not try to make the bike look modern (and i never need to ride in the dark).

(but by the way i have got a nother bike (MV Agusta G.T.L. S 125 from 1969) to really enjoy the oltimer feeling :D )
