The guitarists need to learn to slow down. They don't wait for the right bars to jump in with the new riffs, and don't follow the drums.

And because they go too fast, the drummer speeds up with them to keep in time, and that causes the whole thing to sound rushed and SHIT.

A band works together, not individually.
