  • I love Dolly's story telling. Another interesting touching song of hers is "Me and Little Andy".

  • @marcosvalenca "Me and little Andy" was my favorite song when I was a child. I always visualized Raggedy Ann and Andy then when I was old enough to understand the words to this song it surpassed my love for "Me and little Andy". I wish this song had a karaoke version to it.

  • @BigCJFan Do you know Dolly's "Mountain Angel"? Haunting, isn't it? Changing subject: Who is CJ, the one you are a fan of?

  • @marcosvalenca I'm sorry but I don't know that one by name and CJ stands for Crossing Jordan.

  • OMG this footage is priceless. Thank you so much for this, I can't wait to watch the rest

  • Wow! Please upload EVERYTHING (if there is any left!).

    In shock....

  • what a great add!

  • good version

    thank you

  • It is really astonishing when one considers that Dolly wrote this song during the late '60s and first recorded it in 1970. A song of this depth has much more in common with the beautiful ancient folk ballads (that always ended in tragedy) that Joan Baez and Judy Collins began their careers with than anything relating to commercial country music at the turn of the '70s.
