i dont know if is 100% like that..but

i got it by, I finished a drift and a special thing u have to sign up came up and, i cheked the diferent prizes, one was the wide bodykits, the need was ~

#1 to have more than 6.0 car rating

#2 if u have the rating, then a "special opportunity" will came up as a "star" in the map --- in the event u will go to the bodyshop (with limited time) and choose one free wide bodykit -- after that my widekits were abalible...

actually you won unique/special parts by wining outruns. at the end of the game, after winning 11 or 12 (cant remember)outruns the guy that you beat gives you the event of choosing the parts
