@TheMotherbrain I thought it was pretty good for a first pass. I'd call this blocking 2 roughed. You're missing alot of anticipation, arcs, overlap and followthrough and your timing is too slow and floaty on the fight scene. the run cycle translated forward was good though. overall If you enjoyed doing it I think you should revisit the scene and add in some more animation prinicpals and polish it up, it's got potential! .

u need alot of improvement but then again u sumitted this about 2 years ago so i am going to assume u have improved since then, remember the whole body moves when run. need more hip action and his body isnt leaning into each step. and over all u need to work on making all the movments i guess the word im looking for is fluid.

Yeah I saw that too... it didn't bother me until he start fighting though... I could see him running around normally like that but in combat he I have seen him with the hand in front and one behind his back when he goes in for an attack. Though he doesn't always open his attack that way.

But its not allways just tweening the background, if the camera goes around the character, as, from the front, to the side, back or all the way around, you cant just tween the background xD

Wow 4 months and that is what you have left? It seems like a lot of work but it was great. I have more of a apprecation for games now. You even had Lee fight pretty much in his style. pretty nice animation, I'd pay some more attention to wind-up and recoil in your characters' actions; for instance, when hitting the ground after a pretty high jump, they're going to be moving somewhere around 15 or 20 mph into the ground at an angle. You'd want to make their backs arch and arms slam down, as if to absorb the force of the impact and get ready to stand back up, in order to give the landing a more realistic and fluid motion.
