Yeah Alton is cool, but he did seem a little bit uncomfortable in the interview. I like how he started to berate the first guy on his speech. That was a good call on his part. Speak clearly america.

Alton Brown is the ultimate example of the everyman cook. i love his show and his approach in teaching not only how to make great food but why it works too.
