Shopping in CVS!

CVS Employee here and as you may have noticed, the "pay whatever for product, get same amount of money back" deals aren't as common anymore (except for Black Friday). Pretty simple reason: People taking advantage of the system & returning the item. As an employee, its annoying, especially b/c they think they're clever & we don't know (we always do). We try to block them & make it difficult, but sometimes isn't much you can do. As a shopper, its disappointing. A few ruining it for everyone.

SUPER SCORE on the Eveready batteries! I had no idea about them being in the energizer family- Now, my question is HOW do you get that past the cashier? I can TOTALLY seeing her/him saying THIS COUPON IS FOR ENERGIZER…HaHa, You know how they are! Show them the back? Yes, but I just know my CVS cashier, UGGGGH, she's a mess!

Really? Ours is usually stocked pretty good since they do have limits. Its walgreens who run out all the time over here.

I have a question about that item that was $15.99 and you get back a $15.99 ECB... On the rain check, what would it look like? Would it be "sale price - $15.99" and "ECB - $15.99"?

When it say energizer brand, it means the brand name should be energizer! Not that the it's owned by energizer. That makes no sense to me, but I can be proven wrong.
