But anyway, yeah. Tool is a hundred percent better than Chevelle and Chevelle's a grade A band. If you think Tool all just sounds the same and their songs are "fucking shit songs", then you just haven't heard enough. There's something almost magical about 'em man, they really are something else.

You got the right to pretend you have good taste in MUSIC my man, to each his own. But as far as technical prowess, album sales, and fan dedication, Tool is a easily one of the best bands around today. I like jazz music. Lady Gaga acoustic performances closely parallel good contemporary music. I like all MUSIC, not just genres. That's what makes good taste in music and you'd do well to remember that.
