No matter what the origin is its what we make it and its alot of fun for the kids. Halloween is also based on pagan holidays but we have transformed that also into a fun event for the kids that we call our own. I do not care what anyone says about xmas. I love it its a great time for families to see each other in our busy world and be thankful for our blessings. I love the pretty lights and the good will its something we should hold in our hearts all year.
