  • @danika725 The lady called it "GUM TRAG" it is a white powder called GUM TRAGACANTH and it makes the sugar paste harder once it has dried.

    It gum is sometimes called "shiraz gum" , "gum elect" or gum dragon.

    If you cannot get the product, you can try to get Tylose powder instead.

    I hope that helps you.

  • @danika725 it was gum tragacanth... or tylose cmc powder... it is used to stiffen the icing..
