There is not much one can add after all the wonderfull comments made here, on your exeptional skill of handling the accordeon ,,,,,,,,,Please Play Some More For Us !!!
@wk5833 I moved house twice in the last 10 months, so videos have been on the back burner. Now that I'm settled again and got my studio all setup there'll be some new videos later this week :-)
so absolutely takes you away! I must confess that I am not usually a fan of accordion music. This gorgeous, magical song has totally changed my mind on accordions...thank you so much for sharing...... brings tears of joy and beauty to my eyes..thank you so much
I heard this on a public radio station, rushed out to buy it, found the CD to be defective, and went out to buy another copy. I do not buy music, nor do I listen much, after years of competing with my child and my husband for listening time. It is so nice, after all these years of hearing someone else's music, to hear Piatzzola again, in my own time and space. So beautiful, it still is to me.
Thanks Joe. K& B to the pianist also - who unfortunately isn't in the camera shot...he didn't have a lot to do in Oblivion, but some monumental piano parts in some of the other works we played that evening.
I think this performance is gonna force me to dust down my lovely accordeon :'( i am gazing into nothingness and trying to put the sundered shards of my heart together. Please, advise me, where on the net can i find some sheets of music to study from? I just love the music but cannot get any written music in my area. Would be so grateful ...
hiya Don, Snakefish has been hibernating...we did a gig a coupla weeks ago; the first in many months. Anyway, thanks for listening to the Piazzolla...one of my all-time favourite tunes!!
CT - you rock!!!! I was telling a friend here in Canberra about you, searched You Tube and there you are with the most spectacular assortment of beautiful music. Brava, bellissima! Big hug to you from over here. And all the best for the new year. JR
hey nice to hear from you JR...as soon as I saw the ukulily, I knew it was you :-) Hope Canberra is treating you well, and the new year brings the best of everything!!
Thanks to your influence I bought a ukulele; still a bit remedial on it though...that's a journey which awaits me :D

The first category stand in the way of the music.
