  • i third that.....what a moron

  • Poor CR-V stuck in the sand.. he is gonna have some real damages to his brake discs and pads... =_=

  • only a dumbass would take a street car to the desert in the first place...

  • @teofthe1 so that I can see two dumbassas here... one on a crv and one on a screwdriver... I mean hammer lol

  • hummer guys - failed, are failing and will fail in the future

  • wannka

  • this should be in fail blog

  • Yet another reason why fucking idiots should be kept out of 4x4's, Im glad there was no fatalities this time, can you imagine if that strap had gone the other way around the car, and was head height??? Dickheads.

  • if it was all wheel drive it woulda come out itself trust me drop those into first and they are tanks. believe it or not...

  • base model CR-V's are front wheel drive optional all wheel drive EX models are AWD , you can tell from the steel wheels that is a base model. ps.. dude driving hummer ha ha ha ha ha on both situations, driver induced problems and not HONDA or HUMMER

  • how come only the front wheels in the CRV are spining? i think my subaru wont have a problem with this with the AWD system unlike with the realtime AWD which is mostly Fwd

  • They may have overheated the rear differential. If that happens it goes back to 2wd. Or the other side could have been spinning since it has an open diff.

  • h3... DUMB ASS.. hahahah

  • H3 guy is a dumbass.

  • i second that...what an idiot

  • @FlyinCowboy Haha!! that's why the company is no longer exist!?

  • @FlyinCowboy Thats how tow straps are supposed to be used.

  • oh just air down the tires? nice, thanks for the add'vice.

  • cr-v's were made for the road. (pavement)

  • Nah a CR-V does just fine in the sand when you know what you're doing. Mine spend a whole week out in the sand on vacation and never once got it stuck even full of our stuff for the week. Just have to air down the tires.

  • I have one and it's a realy good vehicule on sand, i love it. Like you said, if you have air down the tires, you have more traction.

  • No proper hook, no tow, no off-road! That's what our club organisation says.

  • If you dont know how to tow a car, you really shouldn't be in a desert. you got to make sure the rope has no slack. The rope snaping back like that could have killed somebody.

  • Mate! That rope is a 4wd snatch!! It is designed to yank a stuck car out. However, the CRV didn't have a proper tow hook. It had an underrated factory fitted hock which was designed strap onto a truck for transportation.

That's why our 4X4 club members told us to fit tow hooks onto our Pajero (Montero) so we will not have this drama. We also have 1st aid kit, shackles, a spade, 4wd snatch off course, 4X4 tyre gauge, 4X4 air comp. and a fire extinguisher.

This video is not the driver's fault.

  • hahahaha lol that was so funny

  • Yeah man I agree but then someone can get killed though.

  • يلعن ابو الغباء منيح ابو الهمر ما مشي لقدام :)

  • Before you get in this kind of terrain, always make sure there's a Land Rover nearby (that goes to the Hummer too).

  • Not Necessarily. CRV however didn't have a proper rated tow hook. If the CRV have that hook that would've happen. That's why our club organisation told us to fit them onto our Pajero.

  • omg that was halarious

  • Agreed! But then someone can get killed!!

CRV needed a tow hook to prevent this.

  • lmao retards..
