Well im jus anti ignorance, because i kno what a chakra is... Does the bible not speak against fornication, does the bible not give a diet, Paul says a healthy life is important.. Genesis 24:63 Isaac goes to the field to meditate.. All the discovery of chakras are is science confirming that Gods commands have valid spiritual reason behind them.. U need to understand that ur a spirit having a human experience not the other way around and u must take care of ur spirit as u would ur body

Chakra is a term used in the metaphysical community that describes how energy moves through the body.. The science behind increasing the energy thru the diff chakras come from eating healthy, stretching, having a healthy sex life that doesnt include fornication and meditating
