  • What's a good amount of reps to.build mass? I'm thin.fast metabolism I'm trying to do 12 reps x 4 for each excersise is that good enough?

  • @CasualKindness too many reps imo, try about 5-8 reps and lift heavy. most important thing is to calculate the amount of calories you need to eat so u take in more than ur body burns off

  • Everyone commenting on Scott's lack of chest hair and saying how it's obvious he shaves his chest...well I feel shamed to say that at 19 I have absolutely no chest hair and very feeble arm and leg hair. Some people are just like that.

    Yeah, I thought I would share that with you...too bad there are not chest exercises to work the hair :P

  • @MrSwedishJesterhead before making outrageous claims, pay attention.. that is an INSIDE-GRIP rope curl which works the outside of the bicep. The HAMMER CURL will hit more of the peak. Thanks

  • @suicide814 I have tendonidis or however its spelled......I was doing a 15 ft wallrun and I fell on my wrists breaking them. I'm doing it perfectly.
