@Nblue444 they do end up together, but it's kinda implied. in a flashback ikuto's mom is sayin some stuff bou the lock and key goin together, and since ikuto's dad had the key and i guess his mom had the lock they ended up together. plus, of the road of stars, amu realizes she is in love with ikuto and only liked tadase for his prince character. when she meets the future tadase on the ROS, he tells her he'll wait for her so she apparently hasnt really come to a solid decision yet.

@Nblue444 nope. ikuto's dad had it. the key was exchanged between them as a sign of their friendship. and when ikuto's dad ran off, leaving the key behind, tadase's dad gave it to tadase and since it was rightfully ikuto's, he stole it back. the Road of Stars is in the last series of the shugo chara manga called Shugo Chara Encore

@Nblue444 personally, i like the very ending when everybody's at sango and nikaido's wedding and amu catches the bouquet. she had freaked out, throwing it back into the air and tadase and ikuto both caught her when she fell back, then they started fighting over who was gonna let go of her. at that point, ikuto's dad comes back and surprises his mom.

@Nblue444 well from what i could gather, the road of stars is a place where all lost charas go whether their owners have forgotten about them (like amu), no longer needed them (like ikuto) or are still waiting for them (like nikaido and every other kid they saved throughout the series). shugo chara party was really just a collection of all the side stories from shugo chara after easter was defeated (except for the last part when ikuto came back. that was a big deal)
