I will speak for everyone when I say everyone is "relieved" that they are NOT the same! they are ARABs and ashamed to admit so (especially the christians & catholics). This is one of the greatest videos representing my country on Youtube :) Great job I hope you enjoyed your stay. I just want to add a point that Hezbollah, are not terrorists. They've been fighting off Israel for many years now, and this should be known to EVERYONE. The christian side in Lebanon doesn't support Hezbollah because they are allied with Israel. Hezbollah make Lebanon beautiful because they symbolize not giving up, fighting back. That shows you how all Lebanese people are.

I don't know about that. The Greeks gave them the name derived from a dark purple-red. There wasn't really a Phonicia as one state. It was just an area of independent city-states.

All i want to say is that throughout its history lebanon has been destroyed and occupied by the greeks, romans, ottomans, french, syrians, and the babrberic israelis... but never once did this beautiful surrender. the lebanese have rebuilt thier country over and over again, and it is still and will always be one of the world's most beautiful countries

All i have is admiration to the people and country i belong to because even though we suffered a lot, we always search for life out of the dead. With Hezbollah Disarmed, The bully Israel cant use them as an excuse to cross into another country's land and airspace. It's obviously illegal yet Israel does it over and over with US support. Make no mistake, The US supports the Sinora government that I suuport but its#1 loyalty goes to Israel. Thanks for showing others how beautiful Lebanon is. .I feel that Hezbollah should be disarmed . They are the only militia in Lebanon allowed to carry weapons. The Lebanese army is the only group that should be armed and defend its country. Hezbollah should have a voice in the governenment but that does not mean they get to carry weapons and be used as a tool by Syria and Iran. Like the lady said in the video" What madness a young man will turn to when he has money in his pockets.
