  • Holla! Have you heard the talk about - fast abs magic (google it)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my mate got beautiful Six pack abs and lost a truck load of of weight with it.

  • I do 2 hours 6-7 days a week and eating healthy. I don't do 2 hours in a row. I'll do 1 hour in the morning and then at night an hour. I find it easier to break it up throughout the day... if that's possible for you.

  • I did the 20 min video Jillian Michael's 30 day shred and ate healthy and I lost about 1.5 lbs a week. But that was not just cardio, it was cardio, strength and abs so you burn more calories in a shorter period of time.

  • Good carbs help. a good intake of fruits and veggies keeps your system clean and keeps you energized and from being sluggish. But build up is key. I can get in about 2 hours of workout if I break it up in to 30-45 burst through out the day.

  • That  guilt thing is so true because i worked out two hours a day 7days a week for almost a month straight. It was a bit much but I got in the habit of doing it so much that if I didn't do it it didn't feel right. I lost tons of weight , but a medical issue through me off track twice. So I know I have it in me and I'm getting back into the grove of things now. So I agree with you totally on that note.

  • I thought i was the only one who would exercise for long periods of times. I would exercise sometimes 2 or 3 hours a day. It is nice to know that i am not the only one that exercised for long periods of time. Thanks for the video sista.

  • you mentioned you use a tracker to keep track of water and fat and all that...what tracker did you use?

  • sprinting is scientifically a better workout than long distance running,u burn more fat and increase your metabolism.

  • O yes. I interval train.....that is the absolute best for the metabolism. You mix in high paces with low. That sizzles fat and builds endurance.

  • I lost 7 pounds so far this month. I'm not going to talk about it too much but it was motivated by my lifestyle change and your encouraging words. i also did what you said about not spending my whole work out on one machine. Switch it up IS SO TRUE! i lost 30 pounds in 3 months in 2007 and the only work out I was doing was elliptical which is not bad but i and my body got BORED and I gave up. As of now I dont think of the bike as being low calorie burner anymore.

    1) I downloaded a nutrition/exercise tracking template after watching your videos. Exercise I've got (see below) but I really need to fine-tune my eating so I'm going to try this week.

    2) ) I'm doing strength training according to a book called The New Rules of Lifting for Women. It also requires you to track what you're doing. I'm about halfway through Stage 1 and I can see that I'm getting stronger! Tracking REALLY makes a difference.

  • that is indeed the correct way to apply product to the skin. you always massage insertion to orgin or else you can weaken or damage the muscle.

  • WOW.. just wanted to comment on your answer to the inquiry pertaining to "falling off". I have been working out for 23 consecutive days and this morning I was feeling REALLY lazy. However, just the thought of not doing my morning exercise truly made me feel guilty!!! So guess what I did? Got off my butt and did what I had to do :)

  • Hi BBBDol, Just wanted 2 holla @ you & 2 say that u are on point when u told'd ur viewers to exercise up to 2hours at a time......I've been exercising for a month now & i did my first 90 minute cardio wk'out this past Thurs......I started out at 30 then did 45 and now I do nothing less than an hour. I think im gonna keep thurs. as my 90 minute day....til I can do my first 2hour wk'out.
