Russias deplorable washing of hands over Libya means it has zero respect as regards Syria. Russia showed real weakness over Libya and that has placed it in an inferior position in any coming confrontation with Rothschild-NATO-al Qaeda. If Russia had sent its navy to Tripoli it would have stopped the juggernaunt. Now it is too late. NATO will think nothing of whacking Russia who has a weak navy and whose forces are mainly land based and not in a position to attack outside Russia herself.

Russia and China didn't fail in terms of what happened in regards to Libya when you think about how Nato's actions in Libya further weakened an already weak Africa. Which, makes Africa that much more open for Russian, Chinese, and other foreign exploitation.

Please compare Russian and Chinese "exploitation" of Africa to that of the NATO member states. In the first book by the African Union for the Diaspora entitled, "Invest in Africa", China is mentioned first numerous times within this 167 page book, not any of the NATO member states. Clearly, this is a conscientious decision on the part of the AU as to who it wishes to be "exploited" by.
