And in this video he just keeps jumping therefor this IS a glitch.

It's NOT a glitch! Nintendo programmed it that way. They test the games before releasing them, to see if they missed some glitches that are easy to find, but this is very easy to find. If this was a glitch, Nintendo would've fixed it.

No it doesn't. He jumps into a wall, and because link cannot go into a wall, it pushes him back. Not a glitch, its how it was programmed.
