President said Georgia would use only peaceful means for its de-occupation and unification, even if Russia refused to pull out its forces from the occupied territories, even if the armed forces double violation of human rights, Georgia would use the rights of defence in case of new aggression and intervention only on the 80% of its territory, which was under the control of Georgian government.
