  • there's no telling what those vets have seen or know. Cops who've only probably shot targets are arresting men who've probably got to deal with shooting and killing a bunch of men in a foreign country so these cops could even have a job

  • stupid us people , your where enyoning the war in iraq in the begin , iff you where solidare here , everybody jumped over the wall, but instead your only filming with camera cowards !

  • Those cops are ghetto they must not care abput our troops they HAVE NO SOUL...GHETTOOO!!!! XP Those bastardss took a little girl

  • Those cops are ghetto they must not care abput our troops they HAVE NO SOUL...GHETTOOO!!!! XP

  • They are only cannon fooder. They are figthing in Afghanistan against Al Qaeda and USA government are supporting Al Qaeda in Libya... They die for nothing, but more public debt.

  • Those weren't real troops.

  • If you are not active duty the UCMJ does NOT APPLY to you, whether in uniform or not! I don't think these people were active duty. Bullshit if you ask me.

  • only our gov, and cops

  • IT DON`T MATTER IF THEY ARE "U.S. Marine and Army Veterans" IF YOU BREAK THE LAW YOU GO TO JAIL.. DON`T GIVE A F@UCK WHO YOU ARE !!

  • The Bush's and O B O M B M A just make me sick to my guts. Damn them

    Go Ron Go

  • These are not active duty Soldiers they are Vets and they can wear their uniform in protest.

  • @usarmycaptainamerica Neither active duty nor former military personnel are allowed to wear their uniforms in a political protest! I would have him court martial no questions asked.

  • @usmarine1stLtAZ Under what reg in the UCMJ have you found that would prevent them from wearing their uniform if they are no longer Soldiers and now civillians, because I have not seen it.

I believe that it was the Supreme Court that recently ruled that you cannot prosecute fake war heroes as it infringes on the 1st ammendment.

I don't think they prosecute a former Vet for wearing their uniform, and the backlash would be very bad.

  • @usarmycaptainamerica Title 10 US code chapter 45 section 772. The DoD also limits the occasion that former members of the Armed Forces can wear their uniforms. Explained in The DoD 11002 and outlined under the Directive 1334.1. For the record Sir. I am not talking about "fake war heroes" so your Supreme Court case is irrelevant. The US Military can court martial them be prosecuted vigorously. They can protest all they want, just not while wearing the uniform!

  • @usmarine1stLtAZ Thanks for the chapter and section I will read it.

I have to disagree with you in regards to the "fake war heroes" wearing the uniform and passing themselves off as Vets, while I think those clowns should be prosecuted the court ruled that was a protected free speech even though the military considered it a prosecutable crime.

  • @usmarine1stLtAZ So you think that a former Vet who goes down to an Army Navy store and buys himeself a set of ACUs or MARPAT cammies will be imprisoned if he wears them at a protest in contrast to a civillian who did the same thing?

I think that would be a really really hard sell in court. Have you seen anyone recently prosecuted in such a manner, because I cannot think of any since Vietnam?

  • @usmarine1stLtAZ With that said, I hate these liberal turds...

By the same token, don't be a HOORAH drone, think for yourself and keep in mind we take an oath not just to obey LAWFUL orders from the CINC and our chain of command, but to our Constitution.

Politicians come and go, our Constitution remains, as long as we hold true to it.

You should do a search online for "oathkeepers" and consider becoming a member...

  • The crowd was chanting about support the troops, but they all stood there & watched this happen to them without following their example.. yeah! some statement that was.. wow.. support the troops until it means I cant stop by starbucks after the protest..

if all the people yelling had crossed the wall as well, a few would've been arrested but the majority would've gotten by them.. Unlawful arrests should be met with public resistance in any & all forms & en mass,.. in court & the streets..

  • Hopefully some of these (and other)officers will come to their senses, and refuse to be part of any degrading disgusting breakdown of American spirit such as this. All those uniforms strutting around with arrogance; while the true American heroes are face down on the ground being handcuffed.Cops are being used and don't know it. The time is coming when they will no longer be required.Sometime soon it will be US and THEM, and cops......YOU AINT THEM!!

  • wow these guys are real smart, in order to diffuse the situation they just help the cause of the protestors. the cops should of just shook their hands and let them be on their way.

  • it's also un fucking real that pissant cops arrest men who've gone and fought for our country. They should be ashamed ofthemselves.

  • larry sounds....SASSAY!!!!

  • This is why they're there. You All need to know what's going on with your cops and why they behave like brutes.Watch Police State 2000 Watch Police State 2,3 and 4 to get an understanding of how they are trained and how they view you as the enemy!!!.Look for these documentaries here on you tube.

  • that looked very gentle and respectful if you ask me if it were anyone else you would have been thrown to the ground not laid down

  • LMAO..... Where in the hell did all the so-called war protesters go? Did they finally get a job? When Bush was in office, all I heard was war protesters spewing their bullshit. Now that Barry Obama is occupying the White House, all those protests disappeared. You people make me sick.........

  • Hey troops, to the politicians and the corporations who control you, you're nothing but cannon fodder. Sad but true.

  • Being former servicemen actually gives them even less entitlement to wear that uniform wherever they please. There are also laws governing the wearing of a uniform outside of your active duty status with the armed services. Unless it's for very particular situations, Marine's funeral, Marine Corps Ball, etc., you're not even entitled to walk out of the house in that uniform. Once a Marine always a Marine, but the uniform is the property of the United States government. It's a privilege.

  • Big deal. these people did the same thing with innocent Iraqis. The police has to do their job and just b/c they are in the army does not mean they are above the law. So if they have caused problems they will be arrested and will be charged accordingly. Suck it up. Its nothing.

  • ACAB

  • Those fucken bastards. I hate those who disrespect veterans. If it wasn't for us, this free country wouldn't exist. I'd love to see every SOB that hates on our military go fight. Then when they come home in boxes we can give them a nice funeral.

  • if only the marines had the right to tear them apart !

  • thanks for posting my brother...

  • I agree Richmond, there are codes in the Service that do not allow us to do this. And where are they harrassing them? Just because they serve the country doesnt mean they should have more rights than everyone else. You have the right to disobey lawful orders? You can always say no. But there are repercussions towards that, hence the words, "LAWFUL (LAW), and "ORDER". Its an oder by someone that is apart of the law. You are supposed to follow it. God almighty you are fucking stupid.

  • this is BS they volunteered to fight for our country and they are arrested for protesting....we have the st amendment and a right to have assembly.....this is tyrantical

  • ..... but they knew that they would be arrested if they jumped over the barriers, right? I'm in the Army but that doesn't give me the right to disobey the police... and like it or not, this war is not going to end.

  • @ David4946

Just having those Tie-Wraps on is abuse enough; they are designed to inflict PAIN. The police could have very well taken them into custody without forcing them to the ground like common criminals. They are, after all, VETERANS who exercise their democratic right to protest. The should have been arrested more respectfully.

  • Thats not full riot gear.

  • the 5-0 have no respect for anyone but themselves and people that can get them fired.

  • you look like martin lawrence

  • the american government made it illegal to report on anything that has to do with US soldiers deaths... as u know no soldiers name has been honored in media... but in canada they say every soldiers name whos killed in afghanistan on tv n paper and parade his corpse down the 401 highway... america dont tell no1, and have cheap, secret funerals for soldiers on sensitive missions, who die in worse circumstances then most and deserve more honor.. america is a joke

  • ah.....jsut because they had some camo doesn't make then Soldiers.

  • so much for fighting for our freedom

  • men thats what all they knoe arrest people and ticket em

  • That made me sick, stupid pigs

  • They knowingly violated a lawful order not to cross the wall. The police are there to maintain order. It doesn't matter if you are a vet, doctor, dentist or garbage man. If you knowingly violate the law, you get arrested. They pushed their bounds, they got the consequences. Doctors save lives ever single day, you wouldn't go nuts f one got arrested for DUI.

  • Mind control, a terrible thing. I am a vet too.

  • damn those cops i see them they will be is soo big trouble

  • Coward faggot cops arresting real men in a real uniform. Take a good look at this shit country and how they treat us.

  • Protesting for those celebrities who have fallen on hard times.

  • those cops probably have never been in a battle, ever, what a shame

  • if those marines wanted they would of beaten the s hit out of those cops because the police are the like the marines little bitches

  • "drag the veterans you fucking assholes!"

    niiiiiiice

    IVAW! WOOT WOOT

  • Arrested by fat cops.....What a disgrace!

  • Comment removed

  • the young vets are very misguided and even if i never served am an expert in all things military and the governement and the vet admin should come and ask me my opinion, because i know best

  • Hey jah did you even listen to the man? he said they are scard ya jackass i guess ur not in the Military you think war is a rose garden? fuck no! shut ur dumb skull up then you go get shot at or see innocent people dying. OOORAH! Marine Corps 0311

  • dont worry.. ill be there soon... Marine Corps 1371...

  • if you were part of the marines one of the first things you learn is that in no way shape or form is the Marine Corp a part of the United States Military. It is of the United States Naval Services.

  • You're a fucking dumbass, yeah its the more or less the infantry of the navy, but its still the military.

  • They are not troops.... Why join the service if they dont support war???? they got what they disserve... they are Fucking Pussy's....

  • um... to serve and defend our country and our Constitution. You don't become a soldier most idiotic opinion I've read all month.

  • they may say they defend our country or our constitution but in reality they dont... they should be behind our president... not protesting the war....

  • Marines respect the position the not the man the position. They dont have to respect the president

  • What a fucking brainewashed idiot you are Jah70991 !!!

  • supporting war and fighting for country is two different thing. good luck joining the marines with this attitude.

  • fucking pigs.

  • Possibly the stupidist statement made on youtube today.

  • well both sides have their own orders to follow...seriously....cause if they dont enforce it they are disobeying a direct order....that can get you in a lot of trouble...

  • agreed!!! but not all orders should be heed fool

  • maybe you cops should become LEADERS not followers

  • i mean its not the cops fault, cause im about to be a cop, we cops sometimes have to follow orders, if we like them or not, but we are just following orders

  • i agree and im a marine sometimes what has to be done has to be a done

  • Just like the Nazi's. They were following orders too. Take the blindfold off bud.

  • yeah, i agree on that, but they neonazis are messed up people... cops, its a job, they feed their families, if they don't follow orders, they get fired

  • You got a point there man.

  • AGREED!!! but thats just like nazis.

  • @jackflak1979 were the nazis really following orders or did they just share Hitlers belifes?

  • There is an article in the USMCJ that prohibits servicemen from appearing at political events in uniform. The object is to prevent any confusion between the personal beliefs of the servicemen and their respective branches. While you are in uniform, you represent The Army, Navy, Marines, or Air Force, and as such are not entitled to political activism.

  • @RichmondVA14 They are former service members they can wear whatever they want.

  • @RichmondVA14 That is too true. Just read that on iCorps off the iPhone. You can't wear it at weddings, political events, and I forgot the other one

  • @RichmondVA14, but all that changed when the US government and the Military allowed US troops to patrol US ciites.

  • @RichmondVA14 Camouflage is okay, you can't wear the dress uniforms in public! THE COPS WERE ILLEGALLY ARRESTING THEM!

  • Comment removed

  • @RichmondVA14 Cammies? Are you a Marine? Btw,I've seen a lot of videos about the cops punishing people for no apparent reason. They should who your veterans some respect at least.

  • @TheNorthernWolf117 It's a common misconception based on the Army's use of ACU cammies off post. The naval services (USMC/Navy) do NOT permit their servicemen to wear their duty uniforms (MARPAT/NAVPAT cammies) off base. You are on some occasions allowed to wear your chucks or your blues, but most definitely not a political rally. You're only allowed to wear cammies on base or while on your way to or from base. Also, when in public, members of the armed services are subject to civilians laws

  • @RichmondVA14 .. Hiya Rich, Uhh... you're full of shit,.. I could wear my Dress Blues/Whites/Flight Suit,.. in public, in a bar, in a Burger King, Pizza Joint, or even in a fist fight.. I wasn't smart enough to attend a rally like this one @ the time, but if I chose to do so, I would've.. Why? Because I looked good in it, (LOL).. & Wearing the Uniform itself was a statement.. in Japan & Iraq, that Uniform said,"who I was & why I was there",.. it does the same thing here in the USA.. so what?

  • @Wrongway1965 Sir, if you're retired or former service, no disrespect, but I based on your post I think the regulations have changed since your time in. The Corps did away with dress whites several years back and replaced them with the dress blue jacket over white trousers. Blues and chucks have a lot more leeway in terms of wearing them off base. Since my original post the regulations on cammies off base has actually been rewritten to exclude all off base activities, including gas stops.

  • @RichmondVA14 .. Hiya Rich, 1st off let me appologize.. that reply to you came off as angry or bitter, of which, I'm neither.. Just ask me!! LOL.. Ok,uhh 1st off, no, I was enlisted USN Aircrew, & yeah the Regs probably have changed quite a bit since then.. I was a Desert Storm Vet & everyone was happy to see us, so at least for a while I didn't have to pay for my beer.. but yeah I guess things have tightened up a bit. I just wanted to appologize for seeming so angry..

    Take Care,

    Mike in Va.

  • @RichmondVA14 very good

  • @RichmondVA14 not to mention that if any of these were my marines, theyd be beggin to be back in jail by the time i was done with them. at a protest, in public, in utilities. hell no

  • You have make an example some how. If they are dumb enough to climb a wall to be intentionally arrested, maybe its for the better for them not to be deployed to carry a weapon.

  • If you're relating this demonstration to the intelligence of these veterans, you've ironically missed the whole point of it.

  • well you cant have anarchy in the capital

  • so what are they protesting

  • Stupid soldiers do that...haha....even my military friends say so.

  • Police wear black for it is all to do with NAZI! freemason shit! Jews wear Black too ASHAKANASI? MEANING ash wednesday (catholic)

    Jews rule the world.

  • yes your right and the evil jinn spirts are known to be Blue and what is up with all the 7 and 9 pointed star badges they wear as well.

  • Newsflash: Because you're in the military does not give you the right to break laws and expect not to be arrested.

Jesus Christ, does every veteran think he can't get a ticket or be arrested because he fought in a war? That's nice, but you still gotta obey the laws of the state (which you fought for, remember?)

God, how hypocritical is that? You fight for a country that you violate the laws in. Grow up, seriously.

  • they knew they were going to be arrested, that was the whole point, a symbolic arrest. The point of this video was showing how poorly they were arrested, forced face down on the ground with more than 3 officers holding them down. And i believe your allowed to protest non violently, its not like they attacked or hurt anyone, they simply climbed a wall to protest.

  • That's how everyone is arrested... face down. That's the proper way to arrest someone, it prevents them from resisting. I didn't realize you were a law enforcement expert. (That was sarcasm, if you didn't get it)

Climbing a wall harmless? They were told they could protest if they did NOT cross the wall. What did they do? Cross the wall. It was the US Capitol wall, of course they said you couldn't cross it - to prevent them from getting too close to the capitol to be dangerous.

    Common sense.

  • those soldiers weren't implying that they could break laws, They did however, but not because they felt they could get away with it due to the fact that they were soldiers.

"does every veteran think he can't get a ticket or be arrested because he fought in a war?"

some may feel like that but I can't see how this video indicates that this is what was happening.

I think your missing my point, but oh well.

  • Admittedly, cops have a hard, often unpopular, and sometimes dangerous job. Many cops have served in the military as well. But it bothers me that cops want us to think they have a weapon pointed at them every day. The Military Code Of Conduct says, "I am an America fighting man. I am prepared to give my life." No cop takes an oath or code like that. tucan53

  • You're wrong, buddy. Every officer takes an oath, and in it it states you will confront danger. Not everyday a cop has a weapon put towards him, nor does everyday a soldier has a weapon put towards him. That's the difference, though.

Soldiers? You go to war, and make peace.

Police Officer? Keep the peace the soldiers made by enforcing laws.

It's still a dangerous career, there is no denying it, but you can't compare military vs police.

  • well first off if those were ACTIVE or Reserve Marines they were treated quite nicely for that...ANY active military serviceman will get jailed or court marshaled for speaking out against they're commander in chief which is what this rally was for...if they were not Marines or any type of military and were dressed as one they were also breaking another law (impersonating military personnel) so the only ones at fault were those so called marines

  • Yes, you service men and women have served and everyone thanks you for your service. But once you come back you are either off-duty or ex-military or even got a honorable discharge making you now again a normal civilian that has to obey laws just like the rest of us.

I agree with woodysix8 - "thank for caring about us vets but if we are protesting unpeacefully then we deserve to be arrested. "

  • lol as a veteran of the iraq war i love that comment slid in there "maybe he'll get healthcare now" lol theyre not bullshitting the VA sucks giant donkey balls

  • those asshole should not have broken the law!!!!!

  • Of course you guys are all going to jump on me but the police were specifically ordered that anyone who crosses the wall will be arrested until further notice. I just happened to be veterans doing it. it doesn't matter if it were people or even the pope they will arrest them.

  • Fuck the police ... Support our troops!!!

  • thats fucked up

  • fucking pigs ooorah

  • police everywhere is fuck. they r 2 b fucked hard by the ARMY. police r born mother fuckers in every country. ARMY should fuck the police officers

  • the police should taze those dumb "veterans"

  • wow

    unbelievable

  • Can anyone tell me where the mainstream media is?Could it be they havae deal with the goverment not to air this type of event?

  • thats is fucken shit that a punch of mother fucker police treat our military like this..it never happen in any country ...this is shame

  • this men have balls , congratulations brave heroes against the oilmoney power

  • this is so sadly, who need to be arrested is bush and your satan troop ( rice, and others) i´m from brazil. but hate the only guilty about this war, bush , the playboy with power

  • What a fucking shame!

  • Larry (blkphoto), I am a Marine.

I respectfully ask you to stop furthering your own political agenda with the use of a handful of disrespectful "veterans."

The uniform that we wear, the customs and regulations that we abide by, the flag that we salute, and the blood that we shed is neutral when it comes to politics. Therefore, all of those "veterans" and you are misrepresenting the military as a whole.

  • I respectfully ask you to stop furthering the criminal regime's political agenda with the use of ANY RESPECTFUL SOLDIERS.

The uniform that you wear, the customs that you abide by, the flag you salute, and the blood that you shed are being USED AGAINST LAW-ABIDING CITIZENS. WE NEED YOU TO STOP THE USE OF COERCIVE ATTACKS AGAINST CITIZENS. We accept all takers, including VETERANS who are willing to speak TRUTH TO POWER.

  • I dont care what your views are. That is a disgusting way to wear the uniform of our country.

I am a Marine. I know for a fact that the dispicable way they were using the uniform to further their own political opinion is against all uniform regualtions we have.

I have spent my time in Iraq, most of it in a turret behind a machine gun. Im proud of what I have done.

If you want to express your dislike for our country that we serve, do so out of uniform. I do not wish to be associated w you.

  • 110% agreed although I'm not a Marine but I do proudly serve in the Army. Fact is we don't choose where we go or who we fight. It is no ones right to use the uniform to push any political agenda. These kind of actions go against all of our core values.

  • As an Army Verteran you must remember that those uniforms are now their property and as long as no rank or name tags are on them it is not representing the military. the uniforms are not being used to push a political agenda but to make a statement.

  • Actually the uniform itself is property of the government. At the time of your separation its all to be turned back in. When your not on military time you are not authorized to wear your uniform. The uniform its not for show, its for military business. In public you represent EVERYONE in the military regardless of your branch and when you do things like these Marines your showing the public we all believe the same as you and not all of us do so its unfair to push your views with our uniforms.

  • ^(cont.)

It's kinda like if a co worker at your job was to go onto tv and push a political point of view in your companies uniform now all the sudden everyone under the sun thinks you believe the same thing as him when you don't. What I'm trying to say is its not cool to go out representing all of us and act a fool.

  • Actually the government itself is property of the American people.

  • I find it disrespectful to any American citizen that these politicians line up our soldiers behind them in uniform to further their own agendas. This is a much better use of our uniforms than to bolster lies such as "Mission Accomplished."

  • I didn't see ANYONE being abused in anyway... The police can't let everyone act anyway they want just because they think they are right. Maybe you are right but no matter how right you are don't give you the right to disobey a lawfull order. The police were arresting the people that crossed a police line... were thety supposed to let them riot inside the capital? Very one sided reporting!

  • David thanks for watching but I was not acting as a reporter but as an observer and quite a biased one at that. Anyway we do have the right to disobey lawful orders do you remember the civil rights era. Should Black people have not practiced civil disobedience? Should Rosa Parks have given up her seat on the bus to that white man? Should the early patriots have paid unfair taxes to the Brits? Our country was founded on civil disobedience and it would do our citizenry well to remember that.

  • ok, Tooshay... But where was the abuse you were so adamant about? I didn't see anyone so much as get hit or forefully tossed to the ground. If they did it wasn't on the video and the crowed would of had a very strong reaction and there wasn't. One by one they calmly jumped the wall and one by one were cuffed and lead off. No Abuse.

  • @blkphoto And this stupid ass comment " Our country was founded on civil disobedience and it would do our citizenry well to remember that." Soooo you should disobey the laws? Wow, the whole fucking country would be in disarray.

  • We own the government. By right we should be able to walk onto the lawn and demand that every public official get out of OUR White House, and set a new government up as we please. This should be done weekly.

  • So... you're for a draft? I'm 62 and lived through many confluicts. I would like to say "war" but none of them were declared. Korea, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos and on and on. Do you believe in pre-emptive, undeclared war and drafting people to fight them?

You are young and seemingly a pretty intelligent individual. I agree with a lot you say in the video, but the comment response on the draft bothered me, my friend.

  • Veteran or not, when you told by the police not to cross a certain line, and you cross the line to spite them, then you have nothing to say if you get arrested, stupidity is not a viable excuse no matter who you are.

  • how are these guys ment to get any attention? the media maybe talks to 0.1% of Iraqi vets...

its not stupidity, they all knew they were going to get arrested, they were just pointing out how facist the USA is and that it is total police state now.

If you are not impeaching Bush, how are the American public able to get these disgusting criminals out of office?

  • phsss shit those kids arent even veterans...not even old enough to join the army...

  • great camera work ... dumbass

  • This is fin retarded. I bet if you have a capitol police guy vs Marine. Marine will kick his little capital ass back to congress.

  • NYPD rules!

  • Dude this guy is stupid. They wern't being man handled you god damn moron. That is standard police procedures. AND WTF! THEY KNEW THEY WOULD BE FUCKING ARRESTED OMFG! You people are so fucking god damn retard. Go choke on a cock. They knew they would be arrested so they stepped over the god damn wall. Shit like this is what pisses me off. I am a fucking marine so piss off.

  • We own the White House, newbie. What will you do when they draw a line at your doorstep, and threaten to arrest you if you cross it?

  • Oh... never mind, I already know the answer. You'll simply OBEY.

  • why r there people cheering? besides the "let them go..."

  • we need more funding for veterans

dont end the war. . . take care of our veterans

  • We need to do both end the war and take care of our veterans. However, if we are going to stay and fight this war then we need to have a draft so we can have the numbers to win.

  • So you've gone completely cynical, I see. The "terrorists" win.

  • @blkphoto win what? its not a winnable war. we are invading sobern countries

  • thats fucking wrong and it aint fair they should not have been arrested

  • i don't understand why do you antagonise our Fuhrer bush, if we worship him as a god he will be merciful, because of this we might have angered him and in the future he will cut off our chocolate rations!!!!

  • LOL

  • Why did everyone else JUST STAND THERE!!!!!

  • one word....sick! I was speechless after watching this. So much corruption!

  • WEll, american government are destroying itself. When it comes to WAR, they will Fund Billions of billions of dollar but when it comes to natural disasters they will say we have insufficient FUNDS.

  • You would have fit very well in 1930's Germany.

  • Are you SURE about that?

  • hey moron why don't you go beyond your high school education and reasurch operation paperclip the secret smuggling of Nazi brain washing scientists from the Thule's society

after interviewing these monsters the CIA concluded you can get away with fascism if you plan it for the decades rather than years (IE Germany)to come

    then........

    CHECK MATE!

    time is running out.

  • These rallies and protests are predetermined and setup through various committees. They are told there is going to be a police line. A clear police line, and that if they cross that line, they will be arrested. They know they will be arrested. The do it to prove a point. Capitol Hill and everywhere else in this country, if you cross a police line, you get locked up. Plain and simple.

  • great video. thanks for posting. hey, what would they do if most of the spectators joined in with the vets to get arrested? they can't take everyone to jail. there's still power in numbers. keep your videos coming.

  • these turds should have removed their uniforms before they went and began to break the law. Marines dont do that. they can feel proud when they're sitting in jail regretting their stupidity and coughing up an assload of bail money. they should protest the war by not joining the military. if you need $ for college.....get a fucking job or two !!!

  • I dont care whats going on , I HATE TO SEE ANY MILITARY VET GETTING ARRESTED!!!

This event really pisses my off!!

  • Instead of getting pissed of about this... why don't you do something about congress chiseling away at Veterans Benefits. Everytime I turn around some congressman is passing a bill that ends up with me spending more money for medical issues.

thank for caring about us vets but if we are protesting unpeacefully then we deserve to be arrested.

  • As a retired veteran.... my opinion is this...

This was NOT a peaceful assembly. If you really want to make a difference then VOTE.

  • vote? you mean in our "fair" voting system we have? the one that was rigged to let hitler bush win? now they wabt to go to ALL ELECTRONIC VOTING SYSTEMS?! easier to use, or easier to lie?! done be naive. there is no such thing as fair voting. it just keeps the people stupid with a false sense of control.

  • Ha ha... to all of those that are so anti voting and the "it's all rigged" opinion... what are you all doing about it then? You're even worse and lazier than those supposedly living in ignorant bliss, if you're wittingly allowing yourself to be governed by an "un-elected" government. As for the video - if you break the law, what do you expect? The Police seemed to handle the situation quite well. Don't forget they're carrying out the duties that the US electorate put them there to do.

  • Do you live in America? It is our RIGHT to protest. Dont give me this voting shit. It's all a FRAUD.

  • Well, this reminds me of the 60's when black people used to be beaten up.

Why in the blue hell did they got arrested? As someone said before, it's a peaceful protest, the police right there are kinda earning a beating.

  • bothers me you look at it this way. I have lived in dc for most of my life and i have seen aand heard of protests gone violent becuase no police mediation was there. People should be thankful they are there protecting innocent people trying to protest for what they believe in, it is just a shame when the protesters have to disrespect the police officers. When I become a police officer I will stand to protect as well

  • this is very disturbing... glad i am canadian LOL!

  • stupid fool, the North American union insures that you "Canadians" (soon to be defunkt term) will be subject to the same kind of manhandling when you gather in peaceful protest. Oh yeah I forgot, "Canadians" don't protest their government, because they are little sheep.

  • hahaha i got you all sensitive and shit. Dont cry i am sure your currency will pick up.
