I'm all for creativity, but using Pad Thai rice noodles and an egg doesn't make this Pad Thai, anymore than a tuna melt is a seafood pizza, they share some ingrediants but are not the same dish at all.
The dish you create here might taste good, but it won't taste like Pad Thai.
I am a fan of your videos but this one might be a little misleading for those searching for how to make real Pad Thai.
@greenspreedotca I agree on this Todd. You have given us some awesome inspiration and direction, but this is not Pad Thai. A tasty stir fry with some Thai flavors (kinda) but definately not Pad Thai.
