You need to show/read off/post the information/writing off the LEFT side of the receiver - not the info off the barrel (that's just the import stamp). ... I can almost guarantee you that the top rifle is not German, and what was already posted regarding the bottom rifle sounds dead-on. But, again, it's the info on the LEFT side of the receiver by which these rifles can be positively ID'ed. It's very hard to ID Mausers based on the stocks, they're in.
Bottom rifle is a Czech VZ24 in 7x75 Mauser. On the left side of the receiver rail it should say ZBROJOVKA BRNO A. S. VZ24. it is standard length action.
Top rifle I would need to see some more detail on the receiver.
