I had the idea of some sort of quik kit too.I made a simular thing a long time ago. I had a mincart track running down my mineshaft I used the minecart track preasure plate thingy (forgot the name omg) to activate dispensers and I could pick the stuff up while riding down the mineshaft. I had most trouble with torches but some sort of five clock it all worked out fine. However my setup only helped me out in a particular digging space.

You can put 1 block in front of the dispenser with a button on it.

weirdly enough the item go's trough the block.

That saves a lot of space.

You can put red stone wiring on top of dispensers by putting a block on top of a block next to the dispenser and clicking the side of the block above the dispenser. IDK if that activates dispensers to dispense anything though.

@MrDirect110 The mine cart will unload after a certain distance. The distance between his two bases is so great they don't have overlapping loaded chunks. You have to be with the mine cart for it to continue down its path.
