I haven't been to germany, but last summer I was in the Nederlands. One night some guy threw eggs at the house(just trying to impress some girls) we were staying, my relatives's home. Dutch police found the guy ,brought him to the house and after talking to everyone. Asked the owner of the house for cleaning supplies, and a ladder, and told the guy ,Ok Clean up your mess. The guy did, and then he apologized and they let him go. Dutch policeman I talked to said, good lesson for him. I agreed.
