say this is mounted inside..and you want to do traditional pullups without the handles..do you have to mount the j-brackets lower so your head can clear the ceiling?
im in love with the perfect pushup! i definiteley noticed results after 2 months i noticed my chest gettin bigger and sculpted and now 1 yr. later its ripped up and since the perfect pushup worked i decided to get the perfect pullup and noticed great results also! GREAT PRODUCTS! DEFINETLY WORTH THE MONEY!!!

I bought the perfect pullup and one of the PLASTIC handles broke in mid pullup less than a month after purchasing. Not good... I injured one my shoulders because the handle broke:( You should make the handles entirely of metal (NOT PLASTIC) so this doesn't happen to anyone else.
I've pounded the batsnot out of my perfect pushups and have not had any problems. Plus, I'm a big guy, weighing in at 225lbs. I had very serious shoulder pain in my right shoulder before using the Perfect pushup. Now I don't have any. I don't think I would like an all metal handle as well. I travel about 3 weeks out of every month and my PP's go with me. I do beleive in this product..
my perfect push up still works like a charm :D
