I had ridden mine for 67K kms now and I'm 5ft8 tall at 74kgs. During my first year of riding, I had crashes and falls but kept on riding, It all depends on you and not a matter of height that makes a rider fall. As long as you are riding with a complete gear, that will minimise the damage to your body. It is nice to have this bike. I loved it very much.

Hahaha that's like me, only I'm like 125-130ish. I dunno, the gsxr is extremely appealing and I didn't really like the 250's at the MSF course, but the 250's are really really good learner bikes. I just like the gsxr 600 so much more than any bike :/

I moved from Yamaha DT 125 (25hp or so) to a Suzuki GSX-R 600 (115hp~?) with no problem at all. It's a big difference but at least I had no problem with it, the 600cc doesnt even have all that much power at low revs so its really easy to control. Just be patient on your first rides.

Yes, I am sure :-) I received this direct from hindle when it first came out. I sold this bike almost 2 years ago now, but loved the sound of it. If I had had some time, I would have put a powercommander on it and remapped the injection so it ran a little cleaner. BUT, it sold pretty fast. Now i have a 2007 gsxr 1000 for sale that looks identical to this if anyone is interested.

Sorry for such a delay in the reponses! Bike was sold awhile ago. I am still doing this to bikes though. I love the blacked out look. Clean, simple, and deifnitely love "sleepers" like this one. I have been riding GSXR's for a while and love to fix them up. Seems like every time I finish one I get bored, sell it, and do it again for fun! Yes that is the stock swingarm. Bike had not been remapped after I had done the work to it.
