@VermillionMan1 Okay. Arbiter isnt one Elite. There are many arbiters. The arbiter from Halo 2 and 3 Is a different Elite. Arbiters used to be a high ranking elite. But they changed it to a rank where you have to get rid of your mistakes.

@timedragon1 You don't know if the arbiter have killed any spartans or not. As chief is the only "uber spartan" I doubt you can compare the chief to other spartans, as he excelled already in early age.

Spartan 1s are a little weaker then Spartan 2s. Also spartan 1's don't have any spartan armour, just marine standard armor. Spartan 2s have strong armor, more experience. Spartan 3's have weaker armor, better drug enhancements, but less experience. However noble team have the same armor as spartan 2s except they use type B.

It's often draws. And Thel'Vadam used to be a zealot supreme commander before becoming the arbiter, I think an arbiter with energy sword and his active camo would beat master chief.

But you never know, the chief is extremely tactical himself, and a very quick thinker which allows him to beat those larger foes.

Master Chief is essentially the dehumanized super soldier badass while arbiter is more on a personal quest of revenge but he builds trust with the humans and they're tied.
